The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) pertain to the website www.doxacapitaltd.com.  This is in addition to our privacy policy, funding T&C. It is advised that you both read and understand them before using our website. With that, the use of our website serves as a confirmation that you understand, accept and agree to comply with these T&C of use and will use our site responsibly and at your own discretion.  If not, please refrain from using our site.  

Firstly, it should be stressed that Doxa Capital Limited is not authorized or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not undertake any regulated activities.

The Site

Individuals are not charged for using our site. In addition, our company makes no guarantee that our site or any content on our site will always be available or will be uninterrupted.  With that, it may come to a point where we may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or a certain section of our site for business and operational purposes. Before this occurs, we will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

Users are also responsible for making sure that all individuals who access our site through their internet connections are aware of our T&C and other policies so that they may abide by them.
